When will I receive my order?

Orders frequently ship within 2-4 business days. In addition, orders typically arrive to the customer within 2-5 business days depending on the customer's domestic location. Tracking numbers are available on demand, please feel free to contact us if you would like to request one.

Can I change my order?

All items are made to order and specific to the customer based on size, color and print chosen. We have provided size charts and product previews to assist you on your choices. Please check the description for the t-shirt you purchased as it will specify "tapered fit", classic fit" etc. Since most orders begin production on the same day, the customer must contact us IMMEDIATLY if you would like us to make changes to your order. Once and order goes into production, we are unable to make any changes.

My item(s) does not fit and/or I am not satisfied with my item(s). What is your return policy?

 We currently do not accept returns on items unless the customer's order(s) arrived damaged.If your item was received and was damaged upon receipt, we would be more than happy to provide you a refund if you'd like to send that item back, or exchange your item for an equivalently priced item.

Payment

Temple and Kardy accepts most forms of electronic payment. You will receive a payment receipt after your order is completed. If you have issues checking out, please email Help@templeandkardy.com and we will be able to tell you why your payment may have not processed.

Do you provide Wholesale items?
